iPoop Privacy Policy
Effective Date: October 6, 2026
Introduction
Welcome to iPoop (“the App,” “we,” “us,” “our”). iPoop is operated by AppOG Inc. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us, and we are committed to safeguarding your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect your information when you use iPoop on iOS or Android.
This App is designed for use by individuals who are at least 13 years of age. By using this App, you affirm that you are 13 years old or older.
Information We Collect
Account Information
When you register for an account, we collect your name, email address, and username. You may optionally provide a profile picture. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name, email address, and an account identifier from that provider. If you use Sign in with Apple’s “Hide My Email” option, we receive a private relay email address instead of your real one.
Location Data
With your permission, we access your device’s precise and approximate location to show nearby bathrooms on the map and to attach a location to bathrooms you create and check into. Check-ins are associated with your account. Location is only accessed while you are using the App.
Check-In and Health-Related Information
When you check in, you may choose to record details about your bathroom visit, such as type, colour, consistency, size, and other characteristics, along with toilet thoughts. This information may be considered health information. We use it only to provide App features such as your history, streaks, patterns, statistics, and trophies. We do not sell this information, do not share it with advertisers, and do not use it to personalize ads.
User Content and Social Activity
We collect content you create and actions you take in the App, including bathrooms you add, check-ins, reviews and ratings, comments, reactions, people you follow, users you block, and challenges you create or join.
Purchases
If you purchase a subscription, your payment is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. We never receive or store your payment card or bank details. We receive information about your purchase, such as the product purchased, purchase date, renewal status, and transaction identifiers, through our subscription provider, RevenueCat, so that we can unlock premium features.
Usage Data
We collect information about how you interact with the App, such as features used, screens viewed, and time spent in the App.
Device Information
We collect information about the device you use to access the App, including device type, operating system, App version, language, time zone, and a push notification token (if you allow notifications).
Diagnostic Data
We collect crash reports and performance data to find and fix problems in the App.
Advertising Data
We collect data on which ads you view or interact with inside the App. Our advertising partner may use your device’s advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID on Android, or IDFA on iOS if you grant permission) to show and measure ads.
How We Use the Information
- To provide and maintain the App’s functionality, including your profile, check-ins, feed, map, streaks, trophies, and challenges.
- To process and verify purchases and provide premium features.
- To show ads within the App, including personalized ads where permitted.

Data Retention and Deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account is active.

Deleting Your Account
You can delete your account at any time:
- In the App: go to Settings → Delete Account.
- By email: send a request to info@ipoopapp.com from the email address on your account. We will process your request promptly.
When you delete your account, the following is permanently and immediately deleted from our servers:

- Bathrooms you created, along with their reviews
- Your reviews, comments, and reactions
- Your followers, the people you follow, and your block list
- Your trophies, streaks, leaderboard entries, and annual summaries
- Your devices and push notification tokens
- Your login sessions and subscription status
Deletion cannot be undone.
What may remain:
- Challenges with other participants: If you created a challenge that other people joined, the challenge stays available to them but is no longer associated with you.
- Purchase records: Records of past purchase transactions are kept for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. They are disconnected from your account and no longer linked to your profile.
- Third-party providers: Analytics, crash, advertising, and subscription data held by the service providers listed above is retained according to their own retention policies. That data is not linked to your name or email address.
- Active subscriptions: Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so you must cancel through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
Data Security
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. All data transferred between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. However, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and we cannot ensure or warrant the security of your information.
